Privacy and permitted use

OdooRedo is a work application for authorized Northstar users. Use it only for approved business purposes and only access records you are permitted to use.
Information and purpose
The application uses account details such as your name, username and work email to manage access and password recovery. Work records, comments, corrective actions and evidence files support operational reporting, investigation and follow-up. Security records include actions, timestamps and source IP addresses to protect accounts and investigate misuse.
Only enter information needed for the work. Do not upload passwords, unrelated sensitive personal information, or material that you or Northstar do not have permission to use.
Access and service providers
Authorized users and administrators can access information according to their assigned permissions. The primary application database and file storage are hosted by Amazon Web Services in Canada Central. Password-reset email is processed by Resend and its service providers in the United States. Suggestions are sent through Amazon SES to application support; the recipient's email provider may process messages in other countries.
Information processed outside Canada may be subject to the laws and lawful access powers of those countries. Application support can route questions about provider practices.
Cookies and retention
The application uses cookies for sign-in and security. It does not add advertising or marketing trackers. Operational records are not automatically deleted by the application; Northstar administrators manage retention and removal according to business and legal needs, including applicable holds and backup retention.
Questions, access or correction
Contact your Northstar administrator or Application support to route a privacy concern, request access to or correction of your personal information, or report a suspected disclosure. Do not include passwords or sensitive evidence in an initial email.
Ownership and permitted use
This notice does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reuse company, customer or third-party material. Follow Northstar's applicable workplace and information-handling policies. OdooRedo is an independent internal application and is not endorsed by Odoo.
